Unlocking Self Love: Thailand
Beautiful Bangkok and
Ph-abulous Phuket
From the riverside charm and beautiful city views of Bangkok to the sun-soaked shores of Phuket, this 8-day, 7-night women’s retreat is a journey of movement, mindfulness, and magic.
April 5th to 12th, 2026, we’ll begin our adventure in Bangkok’s “old soul” side high above the city’s chaos, yet close enough to experience its beauty. Mornings will open with yoga to awaken your body and spirit along with guided journaling to deepen your self-connection. Together, we’ll explore Bangkok’s shimmering temples, glide along quiet canals, and share a rooftop dinner with breathtaking views over the Chao Phraya River.
Midway through the retreat, we’ll fly to Phuket, trading city lights for tropical serenity. Here, our days will be filled with ocean breezes, confidence-building yoga flows, and nourishing meals. You’ll experience the unforgettable Ma Doo Bua lotus pond photoshoot, enjoy a traditional Thai massage, and have time to rest, reflect, and simply be.
Throughout the week, you’ll be surrounded by women who inspire and support you, creating not only incredible memories, but a lasting sense of self-love you’ll carry long after your return home.
Whether it’s your first retreat or your next adventure, Unlocking Self-Love: Thailand 2026 offers the perfect blend of cultural exploration, wellness practices, and restorative downtime with everything planned for you, so all you have to do is arrive and exhale.

Meet Saisha
Saisha - 200 Hr Vinyasa Certified yoga teacher, Body Positivity advocate, Wellness Coach and Public Speaker. Known for her playful and accessible teaching style, Saisha primarily teaches vinyasa style classes, and has experience in teaching chair and beginner yoga. Saisha specializes in yoga for larger bodies because while preparing for her own yoga teacher training, she recognized the lack of examples of yogis that look like her. Yogis of all shades, shapes, sizes and levels of experience are welcome in her classes. Saisha has conducted workshops and spoken at summits on Diversity in fitness, Accessible Yoga, and Women's Wellness. Since becoming a full time yoga teacher, Saisha has spent more time teaching privately and in corporate settings, but still loves the energy of a fun group class. Saisha's goal is to share her love of yoga and its ability to strengthen, heal and regain control. She truly lives to represent and teach body confident yoga.
