Meet Your Teachers!

Meet Saisha

Saisha - 200 Hr Vinyasa Certified yoga teacher, Body Positivity advocate, Wellness Coach and Public Speaker. Known for her playful and accessible teaching style, Saisha primarily teaches vinyasa style classes, and has experience in teaching chair and beginner yoga. Saisha specializes in yoga for larger bodies because while preparing for her own yoga teacher training, she recognized the lack of examples of yogis that look like her. Yogis of all shades, shapes, sizes and levels of experience are welcome in her classes. Saisha has conducted workshops and spoken at summits on Diversity in fitness, Accessible Yoga, and Women's Wellness. Since becoming a full time yoga teacher, Saisha has spent more time teaching privately and in corporate settings, but still loves the energy of a fun group class. Saisha's goal is to share her love of yoga and its ability to strengthen, heal and regain control. She truly lives to represent and teach body confident yoga.

Meet Clyde

Clyde Hampton Jr., dedicated to making yoga accessible to all. My yoga teaching journey stems from a commitment to simplify movement, removing complexities and ensuring everyone can embrace this beautiful practice. With the philosophy #ComeBackBetter, inspired by overcoming setbacks in my own life, I've obtained 330 hours of Vinyasa yoga certification, 35 hours of Hatha yoga certification, and 40 hours of Acroyoga training. What sets me apart is a strong focus on alignment and a personalized approach, tailoring sessions to your goals and preferences. Let's embark on a journey of movement, transformation, and empowerment, embracing the philosophy of #ComeBackBetter in every aspect of your life. Together, we'll achieve fitness goals, find joy, and make informed lifestyle choices.

Itinerary

Day 1: Thursday October 9th

  • Arrive at MCO / Local pickup available. You don’t even have to drive! *Parking is also limited, please express in your application directly if you would like to drive, priority will go to Carpool drivers)

  • Group transfer/arrival to our Private home for the weekend (4pm Check in)

  • Welcome Yoga - 7pm. No worries about “missing anything” if you’re arriving after work

  • Welcome dinner, family style! + Gifts!

Day 2: Friday October 10th

  • Day trip to the springs!

  • Lunch Nap/Game room time

  • Dinner Activity!

Day 3: Saturday October 11th

  • Late wake up - Morning meditation and discussion

  • Breakfast

  • Tap into your teenage love at Disney Springs

  • Afternoon yoga and workshop
