Monday Morning Moment
7 - 7:30 AM EST / 4- 4:30 PST
A live 15 minute yoga session, that starts with 5 minutes of meditation. Following our movement session, the room will stay open until 7:30 am for a quick Monday Morning Power Chat! Let’s actively change your outlook on Mondays, together.

Wednesday Warm Up
7 - 7:30 AM EST / 4- 4:30 PST
This Wednesday Warm up will get you ready to get ‘over the hump’ of the week. First we move for 15 minutes, then we get to remind each other about the things we have going on and provide active support for those goals!

Friday Flow
7 - 7:30 AM EST / 4- 4:30 PST
This 15 minute Friday Flow will set your weekend off right! We will get a liiiitttle sweaty so you’re feeling the energy flow to get you through the last day of the week and off to your weekend energized, instead of exhausted and ready for the fun the weekend has in store!
Mindset Moments
Mindset Moments are short, intentional journal reflections designed to help you build consistency, clarity, and self-trust over time, without overwhelm. Each week includes three simple prompts that start light and accessible, then gently deepen as the 90 days progress.
In the beginning, the focus is on joy, awareness, and grace: noticing what supports you, what feels good, and what’s already working. As the weeks go on, the prompts evolve to support habit-building, boundary setting, confidence, and clearer decision-making; always at a pace that honors where you are.
These reflections aren’t about over-analyzing or “fixing” yourself. They’re about checking in, telling the truth gently, and creating space to respond to your life with intention instead of pressure.
You can complete them in just a few minutes, on your own schedule. Daily, weekly, or alongside movement, like we do in our events and retreats. Letting insight build naturally through repetition.

Definitely. You can switch plans, upgrade, or make changes to your membership anytime. Please email info@Thickthighyoga.com with any requests. Any changes that involve payment need to be addressed 5 business days prior to the expected charge.

Yes! Every practice day (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) the live sessions will be uploaded and every check in day, the reflective journal prompts will be shared.

Memberships are flexible and can be canceled at any time from your account. You’ll retain access through the end of your current billing cycle. Refunds are not available, as this is an access based site and you will have access immediately upon registration.
